- We use 18K. gold vermeil, gold fill, sterling silver, bronze, brass and freshwater cultured pearls, faceted semi-precious stones, precious stones and pendants in all jewelry pieces.
- We specialize in gold, silver and stone flowers and leaves, unique chain, pearls, shells and stones from around the world.
- We will contact you directly only if we have questions about your order.
- We accept all credit cards through Pay Pal.
- No refunds, no returns, no trades. While we pride ourselves on making every customer happy we encourage you to order with care.
- Most pieces will ship within 5 to 10 business days, however lead times to create pieces will vary.

Custom Designs
- We are happy to design pieces for special occasions such as galas, openings, parties, bar/bat mitzvahs and weddings. We will work with you to design the perfect "look" for your event.
- We can base your requests on existing designs that can be altered to suit your style and colors or come up with completely new designs.
- We typically need 4-6 weeks advance notice for custom or quantity orders.
- Custom orders are not refundable.
We make each piece so that it will be timeless in design and worn for years to come.

Jewelry Care
We strongly encourage you to keep each necklace in provided pouches. InAroha is not responsible for jewelry that is not handled with love and care.Bronze: Keep bronze pieces as clean as possible. Accumulations of dust and dirt can eat into the metal surface. Dust regularly using a soft cloth. Do not rub too vigorously, especially on any protruding parts.
Brass: True brass is an alloy of copper and zinc. It tends to oxidize (tarnish) quickly when exposed to air. Please clean with Brasso or Twinkle (found at supermarket) if it loses its shine.
Gold-filled: Frequent cleaning is recommended to maintain its true beauty. Salt water, chlorine in swimming pools, soap and perspiration take their toll on all fine jewelry. Take a small bowl and add hot water and a tablespoon of Tide washing powder (not liquid or with bleach) and stir. Place your jewelry in the solution for about 1 minute and rinse with clean water and air dry. This will not hurt any stones! Pat dry.
18K. Gold Vermeil: Wipe your jewelry carefully with a soft cloth to keep it clean and free of these elements which oxidizes. Please don't spray lotion or perfume for longer lasting shine.
Sterling Silver: Stay with a mild cleaner and be sure to dilute them with water (just to be safe). Some good home products to use are: baking soda, non abrasive tooth paste, mild phosphate free detergents as well as commercial silver cleaners. Use a soft brush!
